1. Scope and contracting party

These terms apply to the one-time purchase of personal access to the digital roadbook in the NAT Track Club. The contracting party is Natalie Seidel, Edisonstraße 13, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, Germany.

2. Contract and price

Access costs €9.99 as a one-time payment, including applicable VAT. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. By selecting the clearly labelled purchase button, you submit a binding offer; acceptance occurs through payment confirmation and activation. Stripe processes the payment.

3. Service description

The digital roadbook accompanies our planned journey of approximately six months. It includes the full route we publish during that journey, selected pitches and overnight stops, and additional stage, weather, photo and travel information. Only content actually published is owed; not every stop or private location will be published.

4. Changes or early termination of the journey

The route, destinations, sequence and duration are plans and may change. The journey may be interrupted or ended early, in particular for health, family, safety, technical, official or other serious reasons. This does not create a claim to continuation, a replacement journey or a specific number of stages. Published content remains available where possible. Mandatory statutory remedies for defective digital services, including cure, price reduction or termination, remain unaffected.

5. Delay and privacy protection

Position and route data are generally published with a delay of around 24 hours. In sensitive areas, we reserve the right to delay publication for up to 72 hours (3 days) after our actual position for safety and privacy reasons. Addresses used privately may be obscured to prevent identification of the exact address. To protect our privacy and that of third parties, locations and sensitive route sections may also be shortened, shifted, hidden or geographically obscured. Real-time tracking is not included in the Track Club. Weather, roads, borders, pitches and availability can change and are not a navigation, safety or overnight-stay guarantee.

6. Access and use

Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or scraped automatically. Access begins after confirmed payment. Updates are provided for the duration of the journey actually undertaken. After the journey, the published archive is intended to remain accessible while the Track Club is operated; unlimited archival storage is not promised.

7. Availability and providers

Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, internet, mapping, payment or email services cannot be completely avoided. We will remedy disruptions for which we are responsible within a reasonable period. Integrated providers include Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Trackiwi and OpenStreetMap.

8. Liability and mandatory rights

Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For minor negligence involving essential contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual loss. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory rules for digital products remain unaffected.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

9. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period begins when the contract is concluded. A clear statement sent to Natalie Seidel, Edisonstraße 13, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, Germany, or info@natontour.family is sufficient. You may also use the continuously available online withdrawal function.

Following an effective withdrawal, all payments received will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. If you expressly request that the digital service begin before the withdrawal period ends, statutory consequences may apply to services already supplied; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Privacy: controller and purposes

The controller is Natalie Seidel at the contact details above. Contract, payment and access data are processed to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), records required by law to meet legal obligations (point (c)), and security logs for the legitimate interest in secure operation (point (f)).

Privacy: providers and recipients

Cloudflare provides hosting, database and technical logs. Stripe processes checkout and payment data. Resend processes email addresses for login and withdrawal confirmations. Trackiwi provides approved route data server-side; its share address is not disclosed to members. OpenStreetMap tiles and other external content are loaded only after consent where required. Where providers process data outside the EEA, transfers take place only on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses.

Privacy: cookies, retention and rights

The protected area uses a technically necessary signed access cookie with a maximum lifetime of 400 days. Login links are valid for 15 minutes, and tokens are stored only as SHA-256 hashes. Contract and payment records are retained in line with statutory obligations; other data is kept only as long as necessary for access, security and legal claims.

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection and may withdraw consent for the future. Complaints may be made to the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Note: This version describes the technical and commercial setup. Before public sales begin, review by legal counsel qualified in German consumer and data-protection law is recommended.
